History Unlike other districts, Ting grew up in one that already adopted a sense of discipline and order. While the hierarchy was determined by bloodline of those deemed the status of nobility, there was order and respect nonetheless by their governed laws. Of course, that was not without its own set of problems; struggles of power, political corruption, and family coupes were well common among the district as each family always fought to retain control over their own portion of the district. The Shiwei clan was well known within its district for producing not the strongest of warriors, but most intelligent of souls. While certainly not the bronze of the pre-Goteijūsantai era, they were certainly the brains; masterful tacticians and brilliant manipulators, with the ability to remain in control of their sizable portion of the district for as long as history was recorded. Ting herself was certainly no different. Born as the second heir to the Shiwei clan, she was the second child of six, under the shadow of her elder brother, and above five younger brothers. Certainly outmatched in gender equality and within a clan whom favored males, Ting had it rough straight out of the womb. Her twin brother, Sheng, was always favored between the two of them, and their eldest, Ren of course the favorite and future heir to the Shiwei clan. -moreshittobeadded.jpg- |

Items  Name: Umbrella Rank: Adept Description: A simple umbrella with a hidden slot for sheathing a Zanpakuto Function: This weapon can be used to fuse spiritual energy into and work as strongly as any other unsealed Zanpakuto. When opened, the umbrella itself can be used as a defensive barrier against basic attacks, and when fueled with spiritual energy from the user, can even block, deter, or even reflect more powerful attacks, depending upon the difference in spiritual power between the user and the attack.  Name: Unnamed Necklace Rank: Adept Description: A sterling silver necklace with an azure pendant attached at the center. Function: This simple-looking necklace has spiritual properties within it that eats spiritual energy. All traces of spiritual energy emitting from the user are completely consumed by the azure jewel within. While such an item certainly has its limits, this item does work on lieutenant-level Shinigami, reducing their spiritual reserves greatly. More commonly however, it is used to suppress the spiritual energy of spirits or humans with spiritual potential, reducing their spiritual awareness and any potential abilities to that of an average spirit or spiritually unaware human.  Name: Scarf Rank: Adept Description: A simple red scarf. Function: This simple-looking scarf has spiritual properties within it that cloaks the spiritual presence of the wearer. No matter how dense or powerful a spiritual aura, the user is completely cloaked of spiritual sensing techniques, as any form of spiritual presence within the wearer is cloaked by the scarf's own properties.  Name: Prosthetic Arm; Mark II Rank: Master Description: A prosthetic arm made up of complex parts and material. Function: The shoulder joint is connected internally to nerves, bone, muscle tissue and tendons, allowing for full range of motion, smooth mobility and flexibility. Infused with spiritual energy, this prosthetic arm works very similarly as the user would their own arm, and with lengthy practice, healing and physical therapy, should work to function normally in everyday activities and efficiently enough in combat. This particular model (Mark II) is heavily adapted to the user's vast reiatsu and more effective in combat and any normal prosthetic limb. Techniques Name: Ōnosutoraiki [King's Stike] Type: Offensive / Melee Rank: Adept Description: A powerful strike delivered as a single punch or kick. With this strike, the user forces an explosive and violent burst of spiritual energy, on surpassing many levels of its kind. The entirety of the user's limb is coated with spiritual energy, and upon impact, explodes with a violent, forceful wave of raw energy. Name: Ōtenohira [King's Palm] Type: Defensive / Melee Rank: Master Description: A powerful defensive maneuver used to literally catch an attack. The user coats their entire limb in spiritual energy, and within their palm, condenses that energy to block or catch an oncoming attack. The sheer intensity of energy within their palm protects the entirety of their limb and body from the attack. This attack can also be used as a defensive maneuver where the attack is not 'caught,' but instead, swatted away, redirecting the blast of those lesser in power and level. Techniques Name: Ōhonō [King's Blaze] Type: Reiatsu-burst / Offensive/Defensive Rank: Adept Description: Concentrating one's spiritual energy, one can produce a spiritual aura. While this is common among many spiritual beings, this ability allows one to bring forth their aura in a 'blazing fashion.' For those with a spiritual aura atone to an element, one can focus their energy to flare up all around them in a quick, fiery burst, with the ability to crush those around them with the sheer intensity of energy, or as a simple burst effect to negate oncoming attacks of up to its level, protecting the user within. Name: Kami no Me [God's Eye] Type: Sensing Rank: Adept Description: While many Shinigami are able to sense spiritual energy at various levels, the God's Eye technique takes this natural ability to an entire new level. This ability allows one to see purely through sensing spiritual energy. As nearly every living thing in existence gives off spiritual energy, this ability allows one to visually see these spiritual particles on a three-dimensional plane. All beings giving off some sort of spiritual residue will be sensed by this ability within a fifty meter radius. Those hidden or somehow cloaked will either be dimmed or faded completely. Details: The user is able to see through a three dimensional plane. Everything around is covered in blackness, and each race would give off various 'colored' lights within this plane. Depending upon the race, as well as the general 'color' of one's reiatsu, the user will see various small or large, dim or bright lights throughout the fifty meters. The further away the target, the dimmer the light. Name: Kami no Joukei [God's Sight] Type: Sensing Rank: Master Description: Once perfecting God's Eye at a mastered level, one can increase the initial ability of God's Eye to an even further degree. While the technique is essentially the same, in which the user will see through a three dimensional plane, void of colors, with the ability to literally 'see' the spiritual presence of those around them, this secondary ability brings forth an additional perk. The user will still see various colors, dependent upon each race and the reiatsu of those around them, but now their own reiatsu will echo out in a wave-like fashion, allowing them to sense things around them that may not have a spiritual presence. Similar to how bats see via sound, the user uses a constant low-flare of reiatsu that waves out in all directions, then bounces back, allowing them to see objects that they may not have before. While sound-waves may bounce back after hitting a solid object, the user's spiritual energy surpasses sound waves, as their faint spiritual energy will flow through inanimate objects in order to see beyond (i.e., they could potentially see what it inside of a box, or behind a wall). Sonar Ability: The reiatsu that the user casts in order to essentially see without seeing is spread in a three-hundred degree area. This technique is that of a Tier III per post, but since this amount is essentially spread out to such a degree, to those around attempting to 'sense' the reiatsu of the caster, it would work similar to 'white noise,' as it would merely be drowned out due to the low level of reiatsu being used in the overall area [I.e., the caster would not be sensed/their position given away due to the use of this part of the technique]. Techniques Name: Hikari Erikusā (Light Elixir) Number: N/A Rank: Adept Incantation: Kishi-Mojin, grant me your power and protect those I wish from harm. Description: A powerful spell of healing, though works less on healing wounds and more on stopping them from worsening. This single-target spell first works by closing any open wounds upon its intended target, then begins to restore the lost reiryoku. This spell is merely a quick-fix in a tight situation, where there may not be time for proper healing. Lost limbs, or severe injuries will only be sustained to prevent further injury. Name: Rasuto Erikusā (Last Elixir) Number: N/A Rank: Master Incantation: Kishi-Mojin, infuse your power to mine, our will is one; raise the hearts of those who have fallen victim to battle! Description: A mastery of Erikusā, this final form of the technique allows the caster to both heal injuries while also working to restore reiryoku. Using a great amount of spiritual energy, the caster pours their own reiryoku to replenish that of the target, as well as to hastily heal smaller injuries, while also beginning to restore those more extreme. Smaller injuries will obviously take less energy and less time. Lost limbs, or injuries beyond repair cannot be restored, but merely sustained. Mizukitsune Water Fox  The Gauntlets completely cover both arms. Upon activation, the blade erupts in a sky-blue hue that quickly darkens to an azure tint. The sword then liquefies and engulfs the user's arm (wielding arm first, then spreads over to the other from around the back), coating it in its liquidated state. After a single pulse of energy, the gauntlet forms over her arms, with a constant flow of water circling around both gauntlets. Release command: Ame no Katto (雨のカット) Translation: Cut Through the Rain Type: Melee / Elemental Sub-type: Kido Elemental type: Water Description: Pair of full-arm gauntlets Techniques Name: Gengetsu (三日月, Crescent-Moon) Type: Offensive Range: Short Rank: Adept Description: A technique both brutal and precise. This ability is used with a single, or even multiple strikes. When activated, the gauntlet upon the wearer's arm pulsates a sapphire hue, and a flow of water engulfs the forearm. The strike itself is not the specialty of the technique, but it is within the delayed reaction. Each strike made with this technique will create a light blue 'crescent moon' shape. Upon command, these embedded markings will then absorb and suck the liquid from wherever it strikes; as most living creatures are made up of some form of water, even spiritual beings, the water from that area will suddenly be forced from the victim and sucked into the gauntlet. While the damage isn't all that extensive, the pain of having one's limb or certain part of their body suddenly dehydrated could be enough to cause excruciating pain, followed by a pins-and-needles sensation. Of course, shaking the limb or rubbing the area for some time would allow proper circulation to continue. Nevertheless, this technique is a great form of well-timed redirection or determent of an enemy's attack, were she to command the ignition at the proper time, or of course, a tactical and torturous way of obtaining information. Name: Aoigetsu (青日月, Blue-Moon) Type: Offensive Range: Long Rank: Master Description: A long-range technique and most used of Mizukitsune. When activated, the gauntlet upon the wearer's arm pulsates a sapphire hue and a flow of water engulfs the forearm. A throw of an arm unleashes a powerful torrent of water, capable of traveling great lengths and with great force. Multiple 'air punches' can unleash multiple blasts of this water to come crashing or raining down upon her enemies. This blast can also be produced from long range, and can shoot out up to fifty meters. Name: Hangetsu (半月, Half-Moon) Type: Defensive / Barrier Range: Six Meters Rank: Adept Description: With a raise of the gauntlet, a powerful flow of water launches outward, like a fire hydrant exploding. The water then rains downward, creating a large sphere that takes shape around her and the surrounding area, expanding up to a six meter radius. This shield appears semi-transparent, as though one is looking through water. The shield itself has a bluish-teal tint. The shield lasts until Kawa dismisses it or until the shield itself is overpowered. While the shield itself is circular, a portion of this technique can be brought up quickly, along one or both forearms, to produce a partial shield as well. Name: Hyōnoarashi (雹の嵐, Hailstorm) Type: Offensive / Environmental Range: 50 Meter Radius Rank: Master Description: A call to the heavens will bring an atmospheric change, forcing a hasty summoning of clouds to thickly gather before producing pelting balls of frozen hail from the heavens to rain down upon those within a fifty-meter radius. While such a storm may seem harmless, each ball of hail, when making contact, will explode in a burst of raw, spiritual energy. The explosion itself will expand like liquid nitrogen, producing a freezing mist that clings and spreads upon its victims, encasing them completely in ice. |

Hikitzunejoou Ice-Fox-Queen  Release command: N/A Translation: N/A Type: Melee / Elemental Sub-type: Kido Elemental type: Ice Description: A pair of stylish gun-blades; the gun of which holds a revolver-like appearance and the sword extending three-times the length of the gun. The blade itself can extend itself like a sword-whip, extending up to twenty-meters, and retracting back into its bladed form. Techniques Name: Touketsu Gengetsu (凍結三日月, Frozen Crescent-Moon) Type: Offensive Range: Short Rank: Adept Description: Like its previous form of similar name, this ability is brought upon by a slash of the sword or by firing a blast of freezing spiritual energy from the revoler. Upon impact, rather than sucking liquid out from the victim, it instead spans water out along with the original force of the attack, dampening the target briefly before the spot in which it hit freezes over completely. While such an ability seems basic at best, the core of this ability lies, like its predecessor, in the delayed functionality. Upon command, these dampened and frozen spots will Name: Touketsu Aoigetsu (凍結青日月, Frozen Blue-Moon) Type: Offensive Range: Long Rank: Master Description: Similar to Aoigetsu, this upgraded version can be activated via a powerful blast shot out from the revolver of the gun-blades. When fired, a powerful torrent of frozen spiritual energy launches out. Not only is this attack powerful, but anything that survives the devastating energy wave becomes frozen within the radius of the blast. This blast can also be produced from long range, and can shoot out up to fifty meters. Name: Mangetsu (満月, Full Moon) Type: Defensive / Barrier / Healing Range: Six Meters Rank: Master Description: Mangetsu works similarly to Hangetsu, though expresses the weapon's healing arts. With a raise of the gauntlet, water is unleashed once more to create a large sphere takes shape around her and the surrounding area, expanding up to a six meter radius. This shield appears semi-transparent, as though one is looking through water. Within the barrier, a soft misty rain begins to fall, healing those within and treating for minor to moderate wounds. The shield itself has a bluish-teal tint. The shield lasts until Kawa dismisses it or until the shield itself is overpowered. Name: Hokkyoku no Tsundora (北極のツンドラ, Arctic Tundra) Type: Offensive / Environmental Range: 50 Meter Radius Rank: Master Description: The full power of Hikitzunejoou is unleashed with this ability. From the user, a powerful aura ignites, bringing clouds to form and twirl from above. The temperature all around the user, within a fifty-meter radius, drops rapidly and drastically, far below freezing. All sources of heat are hastily extinguished by the cold, and those within the perimeter fall victim to the extreme temperature.
