alias: Mimi

age:14
blood line:Echt
letter:None(yet)
personality
Tatsumi is, in a word, unique. Yes, an overused term, but it's accurate nonetheless. Tatsumi projects an air of calm, cool logic; someone who is in control of themselves and of everything around them, befitting of her position and rank. However, in reality, she's actually quite hot headed and direct, befitting of an anime or Toku protagonist. While under normal circumstances she keeps this side of her well-hidden, this hidden side of her does come out under certain circumstances, such as when watching or playing certain media, or when wearing a pair of glasses, particularly her special pair.
appearance
Tatsumi stands around 4'7, and well under 100lbs, with an appearance of barely fourteen years. Her build is quite slender, though not necessarilyathletic. Also unexpected are her ears; long and pointed, quite like an elf of legend. She wears her hair down roughly to her knees, letting it come in it's natural blue. Even her eyes are a noticeable shade of sapphire Blue.
It should be noted that Tatsumi's body and soul are quite unique; her body is that of a chimera, she possesses the cells of both herself, and her unborn twin sibling. This results not only in her biological abnormalities, including her fully functional intersexuality, but also the uniqueness of her soul. Like her body, her soul is composed of two separate souls fused together in utero.
Tatsumi's method of dress is fairly original even among the Quincy, abandoning the traditional uniform in favor of a pair of blue pants with v-shaped notches on the cuffs and a white long-sleeved shirt with a short, navy blue vest with a noticeable collar. The vest, and the cuffs of her shirt are navy blue with gold lining.
Finally, she adds a pair of leather booths with v-shaped notches removed from the cuffs, dyed black and with modern rubber soles. Over this all, she wears a navy blue cloak over her outfit, closed under her top's collar with a broach containing her 'cross'. Though she doesn't often wear them, she has a pair of white-framed glasses with glare-resistant ruby quartz lenses which were designed to resemble the masks worn by Char Aznable, Full Frontal, and Zechs Merquise.
history
Tatsumi was born some fourteen years prior to the current date, to a pair of Echt Quincy in Hokkaido, Japan, moving to Karakura eight years after that. During these formative years, Tatsumi was exposed to a grueling training regimen in order to build her skills as a Quincy. It was during this period that she came across two things that became her 'happy place' during the difficulties of her childhood; namely Gundam and later zoids.
Over time, Tatsumi's skill as a Quincy improved, though she never went to fight an actual Hollow. Her parents being stringent traditionalists, she first was taught in the art of the bow, a form she later abandoned in favor of one she found more natural and adaptable. Her parents were, of course, against this, but she managed to convince them otherwise.
Fast forward to the modern day; Tatsumi's mother goes out to hunt and destroy a hollow that had been evading the shinigami. Unfortunately, she overestimated her abilities and wound up in a coma, fighting and slowly losing a battle against Soul Suicide. Her father, meanwhile, is caught up at his dayjob, spending day and night in his office in Tokyo, unable to break away.

Instead, using the 'cross' and her own body as a medium to alter the particles, creating a number of shimmering green lights that scatter around the area. These particles can be manipulated in a number of ways, not the least of which being able to compress into the arrows and fire without need of a bow.
