At first glance? Awwww what a pretty little girl she is! Truthfully? You're in for a surprise if you let the first impression from afar get the best of you. Setsuka's got quite a few years under her belt and as such is prone to certain maturities that may contradict appearances. Setsuka curses like a sailor and is quite vulgar in casual or business settings. She thinks nothing of speaking crassly and would say some of the worst obscenities without even wincing. Her abrasive tongue is only matched by the joy she seems to take in teasing and poking fun at others. No one is safe from her criticisms, regardless of status or otherwise. She has no filter and will say just about anything that comes to mind. Other maturities include her being unabashedly sexual. From her upbringing in the Rukongai she's been exposed to a lot of vices and as such is not above using her feminine charm to get her way or to cause awkwardness in others. She is not modest about her appearance and sometimes complains about her endowments much to the embarrassment of others and her own amusement. Setsuka also has slacker tendencies and dislikes tedious activities, but contrarily she hates laziness. Setsuka despite being a little grown woman also has some childish mannerisms as she pouts frequently. She is extremely interested in the world around her and what makes things up which has lead to a love of the sciences and research. In battle her childish side comes out more as she teases and pokes fun in a more childlike manner. She does remain serious, but combat is more like a game to her than life or death situations. She greatly dislikes being bored and as such likes challenges and abrasive personalities akin to her own. Her dislike of humans revolves mostly around their weak nature. Setsuka also rarely truly lets anyone get close and is ultimately an independent person aside from a select few that have managed to weave through the rocky terrain that is Setsuka's personality. This girl will keep you on your toes.

chapter one: a good pedigree A good pedigree is knowing your family name means something. Its knowing that history was on your side in some shape or form cause here you are a stellar piece of human biology, blessed with some of the best genes and some of the best stories behind you. The Koenig family of Quincies was nothing short of a good pedigree. Their status in Germany as a wealthy family of gamblers and businessmen ultimately translated well into more grandeur once a chunk of the family made the move to Japan in the early 1800's. Some of the earliest and most successful brothels in the shady underbelly of the Japanese cities were run by none other than the Koenig's who migrated to Japan to continue the bloodlines based off the multitude of Quincy families residing there. The Germans began mingling with the Japanese through arranged marriages and the immense fun of the festivities the Koenigs brought with them. The Koenig's however have a history shrouded in darkness to follow that good pedigree. In the origins of the Gotei 13, rumors are rampant about their viciousness and the Koenigs were one of the few families from the start of time known for their acts of violence against the Shinigami. Patrols were far less common in those times but the younger generations of the Koenigs were heralded for their prowess in the ancient arts of the Quincy. Many Shinigami were abducted during their patrols and tortured in the drunken stupors of the Koenig parties. At the center of these massive mansions filled with drinking and festivities were bodies ridden with holes, soaked in blood and bruised flesh. And what else but the ultimate party activity but to give all the drunk Quincy a shot at the still barely conscious Shinigami in the center. All in the name of a good time after all. chapter two: under the radar Over time when you party the hardest than anyone else around you tend to garner a bit of attention, even more so when you string up the bloody garbs of Shinigami on your castle walls. Eventually over time the Gotei of Soul Society began to take notice and Koenigs in their small spurt of sobriety wised up and figured to cut their losses. Not entirely though. The mansions and fancy bars from the 1800's had taken a step back to the new slums the Koenigs had relocated to throughout Japan as time continued creeping into the 20th century. Some even moved back to Germany to lie low under the radar. A group of Koenigs known as the Kings, derived from the origin of their family name, who had been the children of the first Koenigs to organize the Gulags and death-pits that earned the Koenigs their blood-stained reputation with the Shinigami. The Kings took much of their wealth and amassed it into some of the most run down warehouses and buildings in the lower wards of Japan but made sure that the interior still held the grandeur of their previous homes. Large pink and purple diamond chandeliers draped from the ceilings, large feasts of steak and filets and the greatest looking food to come from the area lined the tables. The only difference to stand out in the King's Bars were the octagon cages in the center. Instead of massive firing ranges soaked with the putrid blood of Shinigami, there were octagon rings where fists fights and the clashing of gloves were the norm. The Shinigami were less abundant in these times and simply were bouts between daring humans, Koenig contenders and a training ground for the young. Over time the Koenigs adapted their fighting style to accompany these new fighting grounds, leaving many Koenigs well-versed in close combat fighting over the previous archers of the family. It was in these raucous bars that young Riza grew up in and took a firm hold and love to her pure-blooded entirely fierce family. Riza's family were certainly not shy about raising Rize up in the Quincy tradition and her training started early as far as knowledge about their God and Ways went. Riza didn't care for mention or existence of a god figure until she learned that all that she was came from this God. A new zeal emerged and Riza eventually became King Albrecht Koenig IV's right hand from the tender age of 13. King Albrecht Koenig was the 4th generation from the original line of Koenig's that moved from Germany to Japan and as such was viewed with a bit of superiority of all the Kings despite his young age, 32. Riza's zeal the Koenig way of partying and fighting earned his attention easily despite her youth. The icing on the cake was her showing when she put her Dempsey Roll to the test and bobbed and weaved her around a poor unsuspecting Shinigami that had just been tending to patrols in the nearby area. Nothing more entertaining than watching a small little frail blonde girl punching holes in a Shinigami, nothing but the resounding screams of drunken onlookers and shattering snaps of bones to egg her on. The Selektierung didn't hurt the Koenigs too much because of the intense philosophy to keep the bloodline pure, disdain wasn't quite met with those who interbred, but there was certainly a bit of sly contempt. However for Riza, the Selektierung simply affirmed her pride and more of her less desirable traits. Of course puberty had a hand in that as well. Fast forward a few years and Riza sprouted into quite the woman, she wasn't ashamed of her womanhood either. Long story short, Riza and Albrecht, then nearing his 40's has a bit of a flame. One-sided in fact as Riza simply used it to eventually challenge him in the octagon and take his position. Nevermind the fact that she'd put Albrecht into a coma, one of the strongest fighters in the family, but her title as the first "Queen of Kings", more formally "Dame die Koenig". chapter four: enter the reich During one party in the "Dame's Dungeon", Riza's bar in the shady outskirts of Karakura Town, a man cloaked in white with a magnificent little hat and giant belt buckle to boot. Definitely an interesting character to have around for the festivities. With his interesting garb he brought with him an invitation to the Vandenreich; his majesty Yhwach's collective armed forces. Needless to say, an opportunity to fight for the God-King manifest was nothing Riza needed to take a second thought at. In her last night at her Dungeon before she embarked in her duties in the Reich, she called all those present to give her a parting gift. A strange request but each one present gave her a bit of their blood so she could take one hell of a trip before she left. Her mother had told her of the piece of her soul that Yhwach had given her and she figured why not play with a bit of history to get a new high. She took from her pocket a small vial of LSD and mixed it with the collective blood along with a prick of her finger. The pleasantly colored tabs of acid stained with blood sent her on one hell of an acid trip. Surprisingly enough the lore was true and a shadowy figure cloaked in inky black with the cutest beard and white cloak.

As the corpse of Albrecht was handed a giant sword of reishi in the darkness, with a cross shape at the end of the handle. He approached and prepared to swing down upon Riza. But of course, Riza was all talk and ducked out of the way before punching the manifestation away.
You asked for my Loyalty, your Majesty. However my sovereignty is something I can not forfeit. I can give you loyalty, so long as I can control myself, I am still yours.
A brief chuckle emerged from the shadowy figure.
You seem to know yourself very well. I know you better my child, and I have no doubts in my mind you will live up to your potential.
The shadowy figure slowly approached Riza and stabbed through her with a sword of reishi before smiling and leaving her on the ground in shock.

Hyftlingjailbird Type: Utility Tier: III Range: Self Description: The jailbird is a body wide field of nanorobots embedded within the user's blood and skin to change their bodily composition. The nanites are formed of soul-synthesized silver and requires a surgery to embed and attach them to the blood cells of the user. Jailbird allows the user to have a body formed of double helix-wound soul-synthesized silver strings capable of unwinding and unraveling their body out to a maximum of 25 meters. By extension, because the user's blood and skin have been modified to host soul-synthesized silver the user has the added defensive capabilities of the material itself as well as the added offensive capabilities added to their physical attacks. The jailbird can stitch wounds closed and also act as a conductor of sound waves for espionage purposes over the distance that can be unraveled. Finally the jailbird's double helix form is composed of various möbius strips. The property and characteristic of a möbius strip is that it only has one side and one boundary component. For the user this means that only one half of the user's body can be attacked otherwise the attack would simply wind, bend, and curve around the endless surface area of the möbius strips. Riza's one side starts behind her hairline and thus any attacks in front of her hairline on any point in the front half of her body is vectored around a fluid angle, thus making her only "blind" / vulnerable spot being her backside.
Schmarotzerfreeloader Type: Offense Tier: I / VI Range: Self Description: The freeloader is a body wide field of nanorobots embedded within the user's blood cells, the nanites being formed of soul-synthesized silver and requiring a surgery to embed and attach them to the blood cells of the user. The freeloader comes with the ability to allow the user to break down their bodies at the molecular level leaving gaps in the genes to allow for another set of genes to bond to fill in the gaps. The freeloader overtime develops new genes and develops an extra body within the user. This extra body in Riza's form of the freeloader is currently limited to an extra set of arms and legs. These extra limbs are hosted within Riza's body but can protrude through any part of her body at will. These extra limbs have the same natural durabilities and tendencies and body modifications of the rest of the user's body as they are from the raw data leftover in the genes.
However the freeloader's sneaky side lies in the fact that the user can choose to temporarily abandon the extra genetic information accumulated and merge bodies with another to then use the freeloader's ability to break down bodies at the molecular level. The user merges with the target by first disassembling and breaking down their own extra limbs and then entering the target body through some form of physical contact at the level of intangible protein. This process is nigh instant upon touch and over the next 4 posts the victim suffers tier damage for each post until the end when the user is forcibly ejected if the victim is not killed. punk ■ Jolyne Cujoh - JJBA

Blutblood guise Type: Passive Agumantation Range: Self Description: Blut is an advanced technique used by Quincy. By making reishi flow into their blood vessels the user can increase defensive or offensive power. While Blut does pose amazing effects there is one significant flow. It is independent making both operate on two different reishi systems thus they can not be never employed simultaneously. This makes one completely ineffective whilst the other is in use. It also takes a few moments to switch between adding in greater danger for it's user. While Blut houses no cost it certainly requires focus to keep up. Kamizaitengodly veil of unsightly flesh Type: Passive Tier: I Range: N/A Description: With this technique, one is able to form a field of spirit particles that reflects any kind of reiatsu-sensing skill. In addition, it also masks any kind of item or power one possesses, making them look like a weak, powerless human, thus becoming virtually invisible to any spiritual being.
Hakkatenkidzukuflash path eye maze Type: Passive Tier: I Range: Long Description: With this skill, the ones senses become advanced to the point where they are aware of steps of any kind (Shunpo, Sonido, or Hirenkyaku). While their target may use steps, the Quincy can judge where the step will end, and thus can attack that area before their target gets there. A master of steps can still avoid attacks, but they would be very hard-pressed to avoid everything.
Ginkō Harikōsilver manuscript, glass manuscript Type: Crafting Tier: I Range: N/A Description: This technique allows especially adept Quincy to manufacture Soul-Synthesized Silver and Soul-Synthesized Glass using the Reishi in the air alone. It is a very difficult technique that takes a long time to master.
Enzerukyakurenewal life curtain Type: Curative Range: Self Tier: V Description: This technique allows the Quincy to utilize spirit particles as a healing agent, curing anything from surface wounds to internal damage. The better the Quincy, the more they can heal.
Ransōtengaiheavenly wild puppet suit Type: Support Tier: V Range: Self Description: Ransōtengai is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow old Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Kurotsuchi Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2,661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Ishida Uryû. Lasts for 4 posts.
Klavierpiano Type: Offense Tier: V Range: Long Description: A powerful Quincy technique, that can even be used one handed. By gathering Reishi to their hand, the Quincy can fire a multitude of arrows as fast a Hollow's Cero, with an equivalent power. Six of these can be fired at the same time normally, although a master of Quincy Techs and Spiritual Weapons can fire a staggering ten at one time.
Schrapnellshrapnel Type: Offense Tier: VI Range: Long Description: The user compresses 3 arrows into one for triple damage and rapidly unloads 20 arrows at a time. The user then detonates and scrambles the reishi that comprises the arrows randomly releasing the multitude of arrows in a burst of shrapnel that covers a 25 meter radius, each chunk and shard having enough force behind them to leave craters behind in the ground and rip apart enemies. The arrows can either be thrown up into the sky and then detonated upon their descent or launched directly at a target, each arrow having the consistency to deal the tier damage. This technique requires variant style mastery to get the power behind the arrows required.
Placeholder Etwas Boxenno holds barred boxing Type: Fighting Style Tier: I Range: Self Description: Riza's signature fighting style. Typically in form and stance it resembles standard American Boxing and has an emphasis on striking and punches primarily. Her strikes are performed with a fluidity and finesse but the strength and speed of her attacks aren't diminished by how smooth she fights. Various boxing techniques are part of her fighting style and she makes use of feints, ducking movements, drawback moves, high speed punches, and uppercuts. Her footwork also plays a major part of her fighting style as she has a constantly evolving and ever evasive dempsey roll as well. Spins, ducks, sidesteps and more all help keep Riza focused and her footwork manages to help her fight in close quarters very well. The reason her fighting style is known as "no holds barred boxing" however is her usage of elbow and backhanded strikes as well as some grappling techniques as well, just performed with the same fluidity and finesse of her standard boxing. All in all this fighting style is capitalized with high mix up opportunity due to the near limitless options her mobility and finesse provides.
Free Form Dempsey Rollbobbing and weaving Type: Utility Tier: II Range: Self Description: The user lowers their stance and central balance and begins to aggressively weave their body in a pattern similar to the shape of a figure eight, making it increasingly difficult for the opponent to trace their movements accurately. The user is able to then strike and launch a series of rapidly executed punches whilst continuing their bobbing and weaving, catching the target in a high paced barrage of punches that few succeed on escaping from due to the difficulty in tracking the movements. As the Dempsey Roll is a flurry of hooks and jabs with the fighters full body weight behind them, few fighters can widthstand it should it land successfully, particularly if it isn't gaurded against. The bobbing and weaving is at such a speed that the user appears to be leaving behind afterimages with each weaving motion as the fluidity and momentum gives the user x2 buff to natural speed for the max duration of the tier. Because it is free form, the bobbing and weaving can have ducking forward and drawback movements mixed in without disrupting the flow and the user can also stop and start abrubtly to disrupt the rhythm and throw off possible counters.
Korkenziehercorkscrew blow Type: Offensive Tier: V Range: Short | Contact / 2 meters Description: The user performs a right straight, requiring the right fist in the rear to give the straight more force behind it. The user must have Blut Arterie active to use this technique and garner enough force and power to use this technique. The punch is thrown with a more exaggerated form or rotation in the arm that pushes and traps the target within a cyclone upon being hit in which the user rushes towards the target following up with another torqued rotating straight to the target's chest that violently pushes the target back in a spinning motion. This strike has the capabilities of being blasted in a 2 meter radius from the user, however this form prevents the follow up strike in the original combo. Either form captures the full tier damage its simply preference and based on choice of mixup. If the user's Blut mastery is at least Advanced, this technique has only a 1 post cooldown, if Mastered it has no cooldown.
Kinnhaken der Stoßjolt uppercut Type: Offensive Tier: VI Range: Short | Contact / 5 meters Description: The user performs a quick spinning motion ending with an uppercut. The momentum from the spin in addition to the speed of the punch helps produce a tornado 5 meters in diameter and height. The tornado not only jolts the target in air and leaves them open for another attack, but also the winds batter and cut the target as well. weapon skill & spirit weapon techniques Spirit Weapon Techs Spülen Flammepurging fire Type: Utility Tier: II Range: Self Description: Riza's gauntlets can be used to attract reishi in a way that causes immense friction between the spirit particles causing them to ignite. This can only be used on whatever touches her gauntlets. Therefore her gauntlets themselves can be engulfed in fire, or her javelins by extension can be ignited and set on fire upon their formation. Hirenkyakuflying screen/god step Type: Stepping Tier: I Range: N/A Description: Analogous to the Shinigami Shunpo or Arrancar Sonido, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Ishida Uryû it is faster than flash steps, though Kurotsuchi Mayuri's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Kurotsuchi Mayuri compliments Ishida Uryû on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it's difficult to master. punk ■ Jolyne Cujoh - JJBA

■ Name: The Self ■ Theme: Illusion | Perception Manipulation ■ Abilities:Erkenne Selbstknow thyself Type: Illusory Tier: III Range: 100m Description: At the basis of Riza's holy power is the ability to manipulate how others know themselves. By manipulating the reishi particles within range Riza can act on the brains of targets to, at a base level form illusions of any form that act on the senses of sight and feeling / touch. However the key part of The Self is how Riza can manipulate the target's proprioception, or "one's own perception". By impairing the proprioceptors of the cerebellum Riza can produce a couple unique key illusions. Riza can distort the target's self image to cause them to see and feel their body as being distorted in size, being either too small or too large. By seeing and feeling that the body is distorted, proper limb function is impaired and balance as well as gauging of distance can be distorted resulting in the brain simulating pain when not actually being touched, or the brain not reacting to pain properly numbing possibly fatal wounds leaving the target wounded without knowing the extent. Riza can also use this ability to induce a "phantom limb" sensation in which the target would not acknowledge their own limbs and would feel in a state of free-fall.
Führen Selbstcontrol thyself Type: Utility Tier: III Range: 100m Description: By manipulating the reishi in the air to act on the autonomix nervous system, Riza can disrupt the involuntary nervous system's functions, forcing the target to have to control the bodily functions that were otherwise subconscious. By blocking the receptors of the ANS with reishi particles, the target(s) will have to consciously begin controlling their heart rate, respiration rate, pupilary dilation, salivation levels, digestion, and several reflex actions, including but not limited to swallowing, and vomiting. If any internal bodily function gets overlooked it could spell great discomfort and possible death.
Spüren Selbstsense thyself Type: Offensive Tier: IV Range: 50m | Targeted Description: Riza can target anyone within range and crush them with condensed reishi particles at tier damage, signalled by a vibration and visual disruption in the area . This technique blocks off the pain receptors in the skin, numbing further damage on the skin by 50%, but also overloads the sensory receptors throughout the body, limiting their further capabilities. Each time this is used on a target the numbness increases but they experience a .5x cut to speed and strength. This status effect can only be healed by repairing the nervous system as this is simulated nerve damage.
Fühlen Selbstfeel thyself Type: Binding Tier: IV Range: 50m | Targeted Description: By manipulating and attaching reishi particles to the blood vessels in a target's brain Riza can manipulate the inner ventilation and homeostasis of the cardio-respiratory system by inhibiting the sensors and receptors of the brain. In doing so Riza can trigger intense sensations of suffocation or lightheadedness as well as inhibit movement with a binding effect of tier level. Each time this is used on a target a 50% debuff in natural movement speed i.e a slowing effect is incurred for 6 posts after the instant use and these debuffs can stack on each other. ■ Name: Tzaphkiel | Knowledge of God ■ Appearance: Donning armored legs, her spiritual weapon gauntlets and a long flowing blue kimono, Riza's hair is worn long instead of the two buns and she has a celtic cross shaped purple halo. ■ Abilities: punk ■ Jolyne Cujoh - JJBA
